Evcone was not created
to chase projects.
It was created to solve a problem.
For years, our team delivered facilities management services across Ireland and the UK through K‑Mac Facilities Management Services, keeping buildings operational, compliant, and safe while businesses continued to trade. That background taught us something fundamental: the most difficult work is not building something new but working seamlessly around what already exists.
Evcone was established as a natural extension of that mindset, extending responsibility beyond maintenance and into fitout, construction, fire, and technical delivery, for clients who could not afford disruption, delay, or compliance risk.

Kevin McDonagh
CEO & Co-Founder
Kevin founded and leads Evcone with a background rooted in engineering and facilities management. As former Managing Director of K Mac Facilities Management Services, he brings decades of experience managing live, regulated environments where predictability and compliance are paramount.
His leadership is operations first and lifecycle driven, spanning design, installation, maintenance, and long term performance. Kevin remains closely involved in Evcone's strategy, governance, and delivery culture.
Mark Reidy
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Mark Reidy is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Evcone, which he established alongside his business partner, Kevin. With more than 30 years of experience delivering projects and building businesses, Mark has been a driving force behind Evcone's growth from the beginning. Guiding the Evcone team forward, he brings a practical mindset, a strong understanding of the industry, and genuine enthusiasm for where the company is going next.
Mark is focused on evolving Evcone through innovation, sustainability, and smart ways of working, while staying true to the values that shaped the business. His leadership continues to guide the team and the company into a positive, ambitious, and forward-looking future.
John McInerney
Director of Operations (Construction)
John McInerney is the Director of Operations (Construction), having been recently appointed as the company embarks on a new phase of development and investment. He has a wealth of expertise in project delivery, construction oversight, and operational management throughout Ireland, the UK and the Middle East.
John leads Evcone’s Projects Department, where he enhances project implementation, reinforces internal protocols, and guarantees uniform delivery quality across the organization. With a robust foundation in extensive fit-out and construction initiatives, he combines practical knowledge with a methodical, results-oriented strategy, positioning Evcone for ongoing innovation, operational superiority, and sustained achievement.
He holds both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in construction management and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), reflecting his dedication to professional excellence and ongoing development.

A DIFFERENT ORIGIN
Unlike traditional contractors, Evcone did not begin life bidding for projects on open portals. Our earliest work came from existing clients with existing buildings, who asked us to take on more responsibility: design, construction, refurbishment, and technical systems, because they trusted us to deliver without compromising day to day operations.
That origin still defines how we work today.
We deliver full turnkey fit out and technical services, including fire protection and detection, security and access control, mechanical and electrical services, HVAC, IT infrastructure, project management, maintenance, and aftercare.
Crucially, these services are integrated under one management structure, giving clients clarity, accountability, and predictability, especially in complex, live environments.
